• "Patio Warehouse.This week I ordered a cover for our outdoor parasol ☂️ online. Immediately after paying I realised I had ordered the wrong type. I did not need a cover for a round umbrella but for a cantilever type.I made contact on the WhatsApp number provided on the Patio Warehouse website and immediately things happened.Not only did they substitute the type of cover I ordered for the correct one, they did not charge me the R100 extra that the cantilever cover costs.I am blown away by the Best Thing Ever service provided by everyone in the process. Even the delivery driver offered to assist me put it on if I was unsure how to do it.All in all a very happy customer here. All sorted in less than 24 hours.What a pleasure to acknowledge them here 👏🙌Thank you very much Sheralee Morland"
